This Content Policy ("Policy") defines the types of content that are not permitted on the Bibliowlteca platform.

Bibliowlteca is a digital education and content distribution service operated by EasyFy Solution OÜ. All content made available on the platform must comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and our values.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, payout withholding, or termination, without prejudice to other legal measures.

Bibliowlteca accepts digital products only.

The sale or promotion of physical goods, tangible items, or in-person delivery of products is not allowed.

3.3 Dangerous or Harmful Content

• terrorist acts, wars, riots, or criminal activity
• graphic accidents, medical procedures, corpses, or injuries
• content intended to shock, disturb, or repulse users

3.5 Illegal Content

Content that:

• promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• provides instructions to commit crimes
• promotes criminal organizations or terrorism
• involves illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, counterfeit goods
• involves human trafficking, animal abuse, or exploitation
• sells or promotes illegal services or products

3.6 Violation of Privacy, Personality Rights, or Data Protection

Content that:

• violates privacy, honor, image, voice, or identity rights
• contains personal data without lawful authorization
• includes databases, mailing lists, or scraped personal data
• infringes GDPR or other data protection laws

3.7 Sexual Content or Nudity

Content that:

• is pornographic or sexually explicit
• is intended to stimulate sexual arousal
• contains explicit nudity (regardless of context)
• involves minors, sexual exploitation, prostitution, or similar themes

This includes content distributed through private groups, member areas, messaging apps, or external platforms.

3.8 Hate, Discrimination, or Harassment

Content that:

• promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
• targets protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, etc.)
• includes harassment, threats, intimidation, or cyberbullying

3.9 Financial Schemes, Investments, or Securities Offers

Content whose primary purpose is:

• selling or offering investments, securities, shares, or businesses
• attracting investors or promoting financial instruments
• promoting unlicensed financial services or advice

Educational content about finance without investment solicitation may be allowed at Bibliowlteca's discretion.

3.10 Pyramid Schemes and Similar Models

Content that promotes:

• pyramid schemes
• multi-level marketing structures
• referral systems primarily based on recruitment rather than education

3.11 Misleading Claims and Promises

Content that:

• promises guaranteed income, instant wealth, or financial results
• promises rapid weight loss or health cures
• claims guaranteed success in gambling, lotteries, or trading
• promotes bots, automated tools, or "easy money" systems
• claims guaranteed follower growth, engagement, or viral success

3.12 Gambling and Betting Content

Content that:

• promotes gambling, betting, lotteries, casinos, or similar activities
• encourages or stimulates gambling practices
• includes educational content designed to facilitate gambling behavior

3.13 Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that:

• violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• uses third-party materials without authorization
• distributes pirated or unauthorized content

3.14 Low-Quality or Insufficient Content

Content that:

• lacks minimum educational quality
• is misleading, incomplete, or intentionally inaccurate
• does not reasonably meet the stated purpose of the product
• is produced with negligence or lack of basic competence

3.15 Misleading Advertising or External Redirection

Content that:

• falsely implies partnership or endorsement by Bibliowlteca or EasyFy
• consists primarily of advertisements
• redirects users to external platforms without clear disclosure
• uses deceptive sales pages or false branding

3.16 Day Trading and Short-Term Speculation

Content that:

• promotes or instructs day trading strategies
• focuses on short-term speculative trading methods
• claims consistent or guaranteed trading profits

4. Services Equivalent to Digital Content

The following may be treated as digital products, provided they comply with this Policy and our Terms:

• Educational consultancy or mentorship
• Online coaching or teaching
• Educational events (online or in-person) with learning objectives
• Digital services in unregulated fields (e.g., design, marketing, web services, astrology, tarot, etc.), provided they are clearly presented as informational or educational

5. Restricted or Case-by-Case Content

The following categories may be allowed only after review, at Bibliowlteca's sole discretion:

• Services in regulated professions (legal, medical, accounting, nutrition, therapy, etc.)
• Administrative or compliance-related services
• Content that could be sensitive depending on jurisdiction

Bibliowlteca may require additional disclosures, disclaimers, or documentation.

6. Exceptions and Editorial Discretion

In limited cases, content may be permitted if clearly educational, contextualized, and non-harmful.

All approval, restriction, or removal decisions are made at Bibliowlteca's sole discretion.

7. Enforcement Measures

If content violates this Policy, Bibliowlteca may:
